Remote Work Survival

I had originally placed an order and received only the shaker bottle. I let the company know that I did not receive the remainder of my order. They quickly responded with a refund, which is very much appreciated, and they said they had resent the order. I never received it and it seems it might have been delivered to the wrong address. So, I would say customer service is great and responsive, but cannot comment on the quality of the product.
